Mortar - Chairs for double metal structure (SMD) This composite chair has two parts, the spacer chair made from mortar of high resistance and a plastic bar attachment vertically with two clips receiving the two metal bars, suitable for mesh up to 3/8" and ½". There is a special stability in the floor structure, because the metals are fixed in only one vertical position. Heights of 4" to 6".

Clip- Morter (CM) The group includes a variety of different heights from 3/4" to 3", which can be applied to bars from Nr. 2 up to Nr. 6. The CM group is mostly used in horizontal constructions. The CM group is best for floors, where good positioning is requested. The plastic clip is only for the attachment to the rebar, the mortar part of high resistance and compatibility works as spacer.

Clip-Pincers (CP) There are the same heights as in group CM above, but the plastic clip in form and function of a pair of pincers what is specially recommendable for small diameters as for steel mesh. To be used in horizontal and vertical applications. Range from 3,5mm to 3/8"

Wheels for mesh and small diameter bars (RPD) For small diameters from mesh to Nr. 3. RPD-35 positions the metal in the centers of a wall of 3" so does RPD-38 in wall of 3.5" RPD 50 centers the metal in a 4" wall and RPD-60 positions the single metal in a 4.5 to 5" wall.

Positioner
for double cage in walls and pipes (PPN, PPV, PPP) Walls and Pipes having a double metal structure, getting the two structures in exact position within the frame. Receiving metal bars from mesh to ½", as it's used in pipes and walls. There are variations in the lateral spacers of 1", 1 ½" and 2".Lengths in all variations from 4" to 10". PPN has pincers clipson one side and a vertical clip on the other. PPV has two vertical clips (walls). PPP has two clip pincers as spacers-on request.
